Shortcuts to work faster in Ubuntu

In Ubuntu easy way to access any file/program is, just press the windows key (side Image)on the keyboard....
If its not there, click on the ubuntu icon on the side bar of ubuntu desktop (top first button on the sidebar of ubuntu desktop)



Then a window with search bar on the top most will come, there type your program that you want to run(like vlc,etc) or type the file name or Disk Drive name you want to open then the list of files for your search will appear down the search bar, select the file/program that you want to run and carry on your work....

When you press windows key/ubuntu icon, the following window will appear
(Note: By default, it shows our History of files/programs used.... :p)






After searching for Movie Player(By typing Movie it seif it showing the possible results.....)
(Note: most probably it shows all the files and programs as shown below.... If at all we are trying for a Application/Program, it also shows the previously used files by that application, like the previously played movies are shown while opening Movie Player.... )
