Tracking Friend Requests sent:
To see the friend requests sent by you go through the following link, where you can find all the Friend Request sent by you along with the requests accepted, or not along with the date of request sent.....

Sending BULK Friend requests in FB by importing contacts:
you can send bulk requests in FB by adding the mail ids in the box provided at the following link:
https://www.facebook.com/invite.php
and click on Invite your friends...
Alternatively you can import your contacts from your mail ids by selecting the appropriate mail server provided at the right side of the page in below link:
https://www.facebook.com/invite.php
If you want to add contacts from your address book, simply select "Import your email address" on the right hand side, and then select "Other Tools" option at the bottom of the pop-up window, in that again at the bottom select the Browse option and select the address book in you system and click ok, which in turn shows you all the mail ID's it read from the address book. It will be preferable to use *.csv format to upload the contacts, with all the mail ids in a single column.
